DS:Life Episode #006
The DSL is back! After a much longer then planned break, we bring you episode 6! This should of been out to you guys a week+ ago, but due to timing we had to record it later then we would of wanted, which pushed it into the “big move” for Edgar. Any ways, we are sorry for the delay and hope that the 95 minutes of podcast goodness we bring you today makes up for it!
In this episode we talk about a lot of non DS related news (Podcast Expo, Xbox 360), and then dig into the “What are we playing?” and news sections. We follow that up with a pair of 60 second game reviews, a couple voice mails, and then a pile of emails sent in by our fans.
Thanks for all the feedback guys, we do appreciate each and every voicemail and email that we receive (yes even the bad ones), so keep sending them in! We hope that you don’t hate us too much for being late, but realise that you guys know how “Real Life ™” has a way of ruining even the best laid plans.
So until next time, enjoy your DS:Life.

Hey guys:
Love the podcast. Keep up the good work.
Now…
As for your comments on the difficulty of March of the Minis: dead wrong. It is a very, very, very easy game (whatever star you’re trying to obtain). I flipped this game with on & off play in less than a week. It is a very enjoyable and fun game, but it is far too easy and far too short.
And…
If I’m not mistaken, the joke of holiday singers of asian decent comes, not from Christmas Vacation, but A Christmas Story.
Also…
The evil alien in scientology is Xenu (pronounced Zee - noo).
So…
I repeat: Love the podcast. Keep up the good work.

Okay guys, time to move to once a week. I’m done with waiting this long to hear my ds chatter.

A Christmas Story.. DOH I should of remembered that. Bad me and my bad memory
You’re gonna shoot your eye out kid!

That’s ok - I didn’t remember that, and it was shot right here in my home town.
I’m a huge fan of the podcast - keep up the awesome work. This is hands down my favourite cast to listen to nowadays. I’ll be trying to get a 60 second review together for you guys later this week if I can ever get my ****** mic to work. I might be starting a podcast of my own in the future, so I’d better get that fixed up, eh?
Just an FYI, I’ve recently blogged about your show’s nasty way of getting me to spend money on excellent games if you want to check it out;

The podcast is good. I love it. But my comment is that it is TOO LONG. 90 mins!! I think it will be nicer if it is more compact like 30-45 mins. perhaps less talking.. how do you think guys?
October 20th, 2006 at 11:42 pm
DUDE.. thats awesome! Im glad we were there to not let you miss out on a great game like Trama Center.
What 60 sec review are you working on by the way?
October 31st, 2006 at 12:10 pm
Pac’n'Roll. I sent it along to dslifepodcast@gmail.com last week. If you guys didn’t recieve it, just let me know and I’ll resend.
